Here’s the situation: The gas cylinder is full and correctly connected, but the gas grill’s burners aren’t igniting.
To help you get your grill fired up again, we have created a small “ignition checklist” with three main points to consider. After going over these points, your grill should be good to go!

First of all, make sure the battery is correctly inserted and charged.

You can check the battery holder’s effectiveness by loosening one of the plugs of the ignition buttons on the front panel and pressing it against the battery holder. If you hear a clicking sound, this means the battery holder is working.

If you don’t hear a clicking sound, all the cables must be checked. To do this, first you have to remove the ignition module. Then you can see if all the cables are connected correctly to the ignition module – or if they are broken and must be replaced.

If the cables are fine, check the electrodes to see if they are torn or even broken. If this is the case, the ignition module and the SureFire ignition must be replaced.
