BBQ Brothers Meet NFL - Chicken legs in buttermilk and lemons cooked in foil

Ingredients

chicken legs, total weight (approx. 1.4 kg)
500 ml
buttermilk
3
lemons
 
a little maple syrup
 
virgin olive oil
1
small knob ginger
 
sea salt

Ingredient Tips

By spreading the chicken legs equally out, the best result can be achieved.

Directions

Separate the legs at the joint and marinate in the buttermilk with the rest of the ingredients for 24 hours.

Spread everything out generously over a piece of foil and seal it so it is airtight.

Bake at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 60 minutes.
