 BBQ Brothers Meet NFL - Free-range chicken legs with potatoes, cooked in foil

Ingredients

chicken legs, total weight (approx. 1.4 kg)
2
large potatoes (approx. 500 g)
4 tbsp.
corn
2
tomatoes
For the marinade
60 g
ketchup
3 tbsp.
maple syrup
2 tbsp.
horseradish
2 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp.
cayenne
1 tsp.
garlic powder
 
sea salt
 
virgin olive oil

Hot Tip
When preparing the marinade it can be helpful to warm up the maply syrup a bit.

Directions

Combine all ingredients for the marinade, warming the maple syrup a little if necessary.

Separate the legs at the joint, season and place in the marinade and leave to marinate for 12 hours.

Cut the potatoes into wedges, grill the halved tomatoes well and squash them down a little with a fork. Add the corn, season with salt and a little olive oil to taste.

Mix together with the marinated chicken, spread generously over a piece of foil and then wrap airtight. Bake at approx. 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
