- The name of the retailer from whom you purchased your item.
- The model number of the grill – This can be found on a panel on the grill and usually starts with a 4.
- The part you require (a photo can be helpful).
- The delivery address the part needs to be sent to.
- A copy of proof of purchase to validate your warranty.
Please note that Char-Broil Europe does not sell spare parts directly to customers. If your item is out of warranty, please contact directly your retailer to purchase the required part(s).
