Please make sure to provide the following information before you submit this form:
- The name of the retailer you purchased your item.
- The model number of the item – This can be found on a panel on the item and normally starts with a 4.
- The part you require in detail, part number from the manual or description. A photo is sometimes helpful.
- The delivery address the part needs to be sent to.
- A copy of proof of purchase to validate your warranty.
Please note Charbroil Europe do not have the facility to sell spare parts to customers at this time, if your item is not in warranty, we will not be able to provide parts.
