Please ensure you provide the following information before you submit this form:

  • The name of the retailer from whom you purchased your item.
  • The model number of the grill – This can be found on a panel on the grill and usually starts with a 4.
  • The part you require (a photo can be helpful).
  • The delivery address the part needs to be sent to.
  • A copy of proof of purchase to validate your warranty.

Please note that Char-Broil Europe does not sell spare parts directly to customers. If your item is out of warranty, please contact directly your retailer to purchase the required part(s).
